We are very conveniently located on US165, (the main North-South Highway in town)  about 5 miles north of its intersection with I-20. We are next to the Ouachita Independent Bank Building, 2 blocks south of St. Francis North Hospital (formerly North Monroe Hospital).
Please see map on office location page to get driving directions.

We offer a lab certified in General Chemistry, Immunology and Endocrinology, capable of doing the usual lab work required for most people and specialized work for our Rheumatologists and Endocrinologist. The lab work that we do not do in-house gets sent to a nationally certified lab. We have 3 certified Medical Technologists and 2 phlebotomists on our staff.

We have an infusion and metabolic testing center where patients in comfort can receive their medication infusions or endocrine metabolic testing.

We have an X-ray machine with an hydraulic adjustable table to avoid having patients to climb up.

We were the first in North Louisiana in 1994 to install DXA bone densitometry and have just upgraded our machine to a fan beam technology unit to give the same reliable results in a minute. Our X-ray technician is a certified Radiology technician. Dr Madura Rangaraj is one of only three Certified Clinician Densitometrists in all of North East Louisiana.

We have installed an office MRI machine - General Electric Applause- developed solely for Rheumatology practices to enable earlier diagnosis and better follow up of Rheumatoid Arthritis. We are the first in the state to have this machine.

Delta Diagnostic Center performs state of the art Echocardiograms and some Vascular ultrasound studies of the Extremities and Carotid vessels to facilitate early detection of vascular and heart disease. Our studies are interpreted by a Cardiologist trained in their interpretation. This service performed in our facility offers significant convenience to our patients.

We also offer the Toshiba NEMIO 20 state-of-the-art ultrasound machine for timely and convenient evaluation of the Thyroid gland and its environs and also the ability to have in-house FNA (Fine Needle Aspiration) and biopsy of suspected lesions by a certified physician.

In house use of the NC Stat system allows us to perform needleless evaluation of peripheral nerves and allows speedy diagnostic evaluation of common neuropathies such as Carpal Tunnel and Tarsal Tunnel syndromes and also helps in assessing neuropathies of diabetic patients and differentiate them from nerve root irritation in the spine.

Our Diabetes Education Program (recognized and certified by the ADA) is staffed by experienced ADA certified educators. Lisa Riddle, our nutritionist (RD.,CDE) is the coordinator of our program, and has assisted in coordination and establishment of other Diabetes Education programs in the region. Teri Holifield, our Nurse Educator (RN.,CDE), is currently also the Coordinator and RN educator of the Diabetes Education Program at LSU Monroe. Group education per the guidelines of the American Diabetes Association, and individual counseling sessions in select cases, are offered, including individualized meal plans, carbohydrate counting, insulin therapy management by patients and insulin pump management.

We also offer CGMS: continuous glucose monitoring system where the blood glucose can be monitored for a 72 hour period continuously and give  precise data regarding blood glucose levels and  help provide state of the art technology to help manage diabetes at an even higher level. We are the first in North Louisiana to offer this technology.
